everybody's talking all this stuff about me;

I have been a Britney Spears fan since I saw her BOMT music video for the very first time on MTV. I had no idea who she was, but from the moment I saw the video I knew that she will become my favorite artist of all time. I loved the song and video and thought she was so pretty and energetic. There was something about her that no other artist had, she was fun and so down-to-earth. She's fearless. She isn't afraid to take risks and doesn't give a flying monkey's ass about what people think or say about her. She's a sweet person with an amazing personality and didn't let fame change her negatively. She has worked hard for her fame and I admire her as a person and as an artist. I met Britney in the summer of 2002; it was amazing. It was nothing major, but to me it really was because I was always a big fan of hers, since I first saw her BOMT video I just knew she will be my favorite. I was visiting my best friend in LA and we went shopping at the really expensive stores. We spotted Britney with her body guard from about a mile away, and we just had to walk up to her. Though the body guard didn't let us get anywhere near her, she saw that we were too excited and said it was okay and we told her how much we love her music and asked for autographs. We even both took a picture with her, it's framed on my desk. She was just really nice and down to earth, she wasn't some rude diva telling us to go away. She gave us a hug and said we were sweet, it wasn't like a long meeting where we chatted for hours and swept life stories. She was really really nice, and for the few minutes that we talked to her she was the sweetest person I have ever met in my life. She seemed really touched by the fact that we were both so excited to see her, we could barely get a single word out of our mouths. We were both so excited, I was actually shaking.
